Buying a house

Advice

I can advise about neighbourhoods & housing types. I work with financial advisors who can advise you about financial possibilities.

Viewings

I will research properties compatible with your needs and financial situation and if you’re interested in viewing one or more properties, I’ll make the appointments and accompany you to the viewings.

Negotiations

I’ll bid and negotiate on your behalf to get the house for the best price. Other things like conditions subsequent, date of delivery or list of movables will be taken into account. If necessary I will arrange a structural survey.

Research

I will research important documents and items: the association of owners, condition of the foundation, land lease, environmental reports and more.

Purchase contract

I’ll accompany you to the notary for the signing of the purchase deed, and will verify that all things that have been agreed upon will be stated in the deed of purchase.

Between the signing of the purchase contract and the final signing of the transfer contract I will ensure that deadlines are met.

Key exchange

I’ll do the final house inspection with you and accompany you to the notary again for the signing of the deed of transfer and the key exchange.
